Graceborne is the Bloodborne on PC we’ll never get

Bloodborne has easily become perhaps the most cult video game of FromSoftware’s entire life and, many years after its original release, there still hasn’t been a port on PC and PS5 to do the title justice: luckily there is Graceborne.

It’s about a mod, obviously, which aims to make Elden Ring a very game more like Bloodborne.

Created by modder Noctis, Graceborne is heavily inspired by the 2015 PlayStation 4 exclusive. According to the modder, the project is still a work in progress and there are still many issues with balance, sound, weapon balance and more.

Furthermore, at least for the moment, Graceborne does not work with the latest version of Elden Ring. Therefore, if you want to install it, you will have to downgrade to version 1.0 of the FromSoftware game.

While Noctis is working on updates, here is the launch trailer of this very interesting project:

«Its main goal is to transform the base game of Elden Ring into a darker and more sinister experience through multiple means»writes the modder, describing it Graceborne.

The alpha version of the mod adds a total of 22 armor sets, 35 weapons, 17 crafted weapons, and 5 firearms. Furthermore, dynamics such as parades with weaponsno load of equipment, quick dodge with the lock, the eternal night, the healing system of Bloodborne and much more.

If you want to download it to try it, you can find it as always on Nexusmods.

Who knows, the success of this mod may represent a further signal for Sony to be able to let someone make a port of Bloodborne. On the other hand, FromSoftware itself would like to rework its title for other platforms, and therefore there is a need to find an agreement as soon as possible.

For lovers of Bloodborneyou can recall the FromSoftware’s masterpiece with the official guide that you can find on Amazon at the best price.
