During the last Nintendo DirectNintendo presented a wide range of games coming to Nintendo Switch in 2024 and 2025, including Metroid Prime 4: Beyond and The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom, shown for the first time, and a large selection of titles from third parts.

The trailer of Metroid Prime 4: Beyond gave a preview look at the gameplay of this new adventure of Samus Aran, which will land on Nintendo Switch in 2025.

The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom, in which players take on the role of the noble princess of Hyrule, Zelda, will be available from 26 September 2024. The inhabitants of the kingdom are disappearing, swallowed up by strange rifts that have suddenly appeared, and among the victims there is also a certain swordsman. In this new title you can join forces with a mysterious fairy and use the power of Tri’s staff to create replicas, or reproductions of the characters and objects you come across in the world. Then, you can use these replicas to solve puzzles and defeat enemies.

Nintendo also presented Mario & Luigi: Charging Fraternauts, a brand new nautical-themed chapter in the Mario Bros. RPG series, arriving November 7th. The two brothers return to action in a brand new chapter of the Mario & Luigi series in which they will board the Solcamari Island (part ship, part island) to sail through the world of Elettria. You’ll control this duo of mustachioed heroes and explore a vast archipelago with islands that range from tropical paradises to bustling cities. Along the way you will meet new friends and old acquaintances from the Mushroom Kingdom, such as Peach and Bowser. To complete the adventure you will have to rely on the bond that unites Mario and Luigi so as to prevail in dynamic turn-based combat.



Super Mario Party Jamboree
, the title of the biggest Mario Party series ever, will be set in a paradise archipelago, and will be available from October 17, 2024. You will be able to play on five new boards and discover the escalators of the Rainbow Tunnel, the Circuito Giradado track and the Goomba Island with its active volcano, to name a few. Two boards that appeared in previous chapters will also return. The game will include more than 110 minigames, the largest selection in the history of the Mario Party series, with action-packed challenges, contests of wits and motion-controlled minigames. And that’s not all: up to 20 players can compete online in Bowserathlon mode.

Donkey Kong Returns with Donkey Kong Country Returns HDwhich in addition to HD graphics includes additional levels from the Nintendo 3DS version, is scheduled for release on January 16, 2025.



Nintendo World Championships: NES Editio
n is a highly anticipated title that brings the excitement of Nintendo’s global tournaments of the ’80s and ’90s straight to the Switch. Here you can tackle more than 150 trials taken from 13 NES classics, and try your hand at the “Legend” difficulty challenges, which will require you, for example, to complete Super Mario Bros. from world 1-1 to world 8-4 in the as short as possible, or face the ghosts of other players from around the world in Survival Tournaments.
