The Diablo series has reached 100 million players. The announcement was made by Blizzard via its social channels, where it published a celebratory artwork that shows the journey made so far.
The accompanying text is actually very brief and no more precise data is provided. It simply says: “From Diablo I to Diablo IV more than 100 million players have joined together to fight against hell. Sanctuary thanks you.” That’s all. It is not stated which episode was the most successful and, for the last chapters, it is not explained on which platforms they have had the most success, even if we imagine that PC is in the lead, considering that we are talking about a series born and raised on this platform.
