PlayStation Plus will say goodbye to 12 free games in June

It seems that the list of games that will leave the catalog of PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium in June 2024 is much larger than expected.

We know well that the subscription service (you can find dedicated gift cards on Amazon) usually refreshes the catalogue, but apparently next month will go particularly badly.

The farewell of Horizon Zero Dawn seen in May is in fact only the tip of the equally depressing June iceberg, with 12 games destined to leave PS Plus.

As also reported by PushSquareIn fact, twelve games will be removed from PS Plus Extra and PS Plus Premium next month.

As indicated on the PS Store’s “Last Chance to Play” page, subscribers will soon have to say goodbye to the following PS5 and PS4 titles:

PS Plus Extra

  • Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons (PS4)
  • DC League of Super-Pets: The Adventures of Krypto and Ace (PS4)
  • Dodgeball Academy (PS4)
  • Grand Theft Auto V (PS5, PS4)
  • Indivisible (PS4)
  • Monster Jam Steel Titans (PS4)
  • MotoGP 23 (PS5, PS4)
  • SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom Rehydrated (PS4)
  • The Talos Principle: Deluxe Edition (PS4)
  • The Wild at Heart (PS4)
  • Unturned (PS4)

PS Plus Premium

  • Baja: Edge of Control HD (PS4)

Several important titles certainly stand out in the list, first of all the famous footprint Grand theft Auto V.

So, if you want to try out one of these titles through your subscription, you’ll need to do so before June 18th.

In the meantime, Sony has in any case revealed the free games included with PlayStation Plus Essential for the month of May still in progress: let’s see the complete line-up in detail.

But not only that: Sony has also revealed a new feature arriving during the year with a PS5 update, definitely useful for inviting your friends to play.

Finally, “The Planet of Discounts” officially returns to the PlayStation Store, one of the promotions most appreciated by fans which includes many games on offer at low prices.
