Ora, a Chinese company owned by the giant Great Wall Motors (GWM), is increasingly popular in Europe and after the success of the GMW Ora 03 is ready to launch a new model. The GMW ORA 7 is ready to land on our continent. It is a sedan with a rather particular design, which combines the sinuous and rounded “Beetle” shapes with the classic and elegant style of the Porsche. This four-door coupé is 4.87 meters long and has a wheelbase of 2.87 meters, making it a rather spacious vehicle. The aesthetics of the car are certainly characterized at first sight by the panoramic glass roof, which reaches almost all the way to the trunk and gives an even more original touch to the aesthetics of the model.
The interiors maintain the sober and elegant style, and are equipped with all the best digital technologies, including a 2.3-inch display. The seats are heated and cooling, and the model has sophisticated driver assistance systems, such as cameras to facilitate parking. When driving, the absence of classic car noises is certainly striking: the model is particularly silent, guaranteeing comfort and concentration.
The car is available in different trims. The Pure version, the entry level with 204 HP of power, front-wheel drive and a range of 440 km, costs around 43,000 euros. The price instead rises for the top version, the GWM ORA 07 GT, which reaches up to 50,000 euros. The engine power in this case reaches 408 HP, the traction is all-wheel drive and the battery guarantees 520 kilometers on a single charge. The great performance, in part, compensates for a certain slowness in charging. In fact, the model is a real fireball: it goes from 0 to 100 km in just 4.5 seconds, Porsche numbers!
