To access next generation networks, ho.mobile has launched two offers that include 5G connectivity and a personalized assistance service via WhatsApp with a dedicated operator. Furthermore, customers will be able to activate 5G through the “ho.+” or “ho. il Turbo” services. In addition to enabling navigation in 5G, these last two options will allow navigation at maximum speed even in 4G if the customer does not have a 5G device or is not in an area covered by 5G.

Current offers from ho.mobile

New customers will be able to purchase the eSIM on the ho.mobile website or in stores, while existing customers will be able to replace their physical SIM with an eSIM via the ho.mobile app.

Furthermore, the operator announced a increase in speed limit in 4G: all 4G offers now include one speed up to 60 Mbps download and upload, compared to the previous 30 Mbps of some major offerings. This is a return to the origins for VEI’s virtual system, which with the first offers guaranteed a limit of 60 Mbps only to then move to the 30 Mbps maintained to date.
