Time for a new Ferrari with the V12 engine. A new supercar with the Prancing Horse on the nose will be unveiled in a world preview on May 3rd which will take the place of the 812 range within the Maranello line-up. The Modena-based car manufacturer has published a teaser videos announcing the world premiere of this new model, with a short clip that only reveals very few details.

The successor to the 812 is coming

What is certain is that the new Ferrari will have the V12, a division particularly dear to Maranello. As evidence of this, there are also a series of pills published by Cavallino on social media, with direct testimony to the role of this engine directly from the words of the founder Enzo Ferrari: “One day Herbert von Karajan (famous Austrian conductor) said to me: ‘Listening to your 12 cylinder brings out a harmony that no master will ever be able to interpret’“.

Ferrari and the V12

The new car with the twelve-cylinder will be unveiled during the Italian night, just a few days after the celebrations of 70th anniversary of Ferrari in the United States when the Maranello Scuderia will also be involved in the Miami Grand Prix with the single-seaters driven by Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz, who will have a special livery with some touches of blue.

Debut near

In recent months they have been spotted several forklifts of the new Ferrari with the V12 engine but the covers and camouflage stickers did not allow us to understand much about what the design of the new car could be. We will therefore have to wait until tomorrow to discover the new model in its entirety.
