Whatsapp has stopped working (or will soon) on several telephones mobile phones due to the latest update.
As of May 1, 2024, Meta’s popular instant messaging application, WhatsApp, will no longer run on a number of smartphone models. Apple, Samsung, Huawei, Xiaomi, LG, Lenovo, Sony and Motorola phones.

To create a backup copy on WhatsApp It is essential to follow a series of steps that will allow you to protect all your information. This is a relatively simple procedure and can be performed on both Android and iOS devices.
Here is the procedure to follow:
Android
- Open WhatsApp and click on the three vertical dots in the top right corner of the screen
- Select “Settings” from the menu
- Go to “Chats” and then “Chat Backup”
In this section you can see the status of the last backup performed. To start a new one, tap «Save» on Google Drive. You can select how often you want backups to run automatically.
At this point you need to choose the Google account in which you want to save the backup and then select whether or not to include the videos in the backup. Warning: Videos can take up a lot of space in Google Drive.
