For a few hours now, Gray Zone Warfare has landed in Early Access on PC via Steam. Given the enormous success that the game is having, also thanks to the series of unfortunate events that involved Escape From Tarkov and the very expensive PvE mode, many are wondering if the title will also arrive on consoles.
Anyone interested in the possible arrival of Gray Zone Warfare on the digital stores of PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series the game will come. The developers of Madfinger Games themselves have declared that among their plans there is also to bring the shooter to other platforms, but this process will be long.
As often happens with games launched in Early Access on the Steam pages, it is very likely that players in possession of the latest generation Sony and Microsoft consoles will have to wait at least for the release of Gray Zone Warfare in its 1.0 version, i.e. which will mark the end of Early Access. On the official Steam page, in fact, the development team confirms that it does not have a precise idea of the duration of this phase of development and it could even take years before the final build is released.
Obviously the debut on console also requires the game to be fully compatible with i controller. In this regard, it is worth pointing out that at the current state of development it is not yet possible to play Gray Zone Warfare with a pad, but the developers have already confirmed that this particular option will also arrive in the future, so as to allow everyone to have fun regardless by the control system used.
