Insomniac Games has released a new patches For Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 designed to solve a particular problem that emerged following the previous update, namely the inability to use the variations of the classic costume in the game.

Due to a bug, these they were no longer selectable in the game, and the community had already noticed the problem in the first days it appeared. Evidently, the team welcomed the feedback and worked to resolve the issue, until the release of version 1.002.004 which should fix the problem.

There are no other changes following the update, which should therefore be a simple hotfix for solve the problem in question, except for further variations applied particularly “under the hood” and therefore not very visible.

The patch accused of causing the problem was the one that brought the software to version 1.0002.003, which in turn was published mainly to fix some minor problems and improve the general stability of the game.

Shortly after publication, however, various users had noticed the problem that emerged with the variations of the costume in question, reporting the matter to Insomniac who, in the meantime, has developed the solution available in these hours.

Both patches arrive after the big March update which brought with it the New Game Plus mode, as well as further updates that arrived later.
