Going to look through the job advertisements, someone discovered that Blizzard is working on a new open world game not yet announced, for which the studio stands taking on various rolessuggesting a development that is still fully underway.
As can also be seen from the official Blizzard website, which reports these job advertisements, the roles requested are also in important positions for development, suggesting that this is a project whose completion could be still far away.
However, a new game from Blizzard is always a very interesting event, so we are waiting to know what it could be, with the awareness however that a real announcement could only arrive in quite some time, considering the modus operandi team standards.
A new intellectual property?
It remains to be seen whether it is a title linked to an established franchise within the company, such as Overwatch, Warcraft/Starcraft or World of Warcraft, or whether it is something completely newwhich would perhaps seem more similar to the published announcements, which do not mention direct connections with the other titles.
We would also like to remind you that the announced survival game that had been in development for some time at Blizzard was cancelled, as part of the general reorganization that took place in the team after the acquisition by Microsoft, but evidently this other project has received the green light and is Going forward.
The only detail we have at the moment is the fact that it is an open world, which already places it in a different area from what we usually see from Blizzard, with the exception of its famous MMORPG.
