Anyone who knows the universe of vintage cars, or even just cars, knows how much the Ford Mustang are an icon among many American cars. After 60 years, on the occasion of this important anniversary, the automotive company presented a new package to celebrate the most appreciated vehicle in history in all its splendor. The Ford Mustang debuted in 1964 during the New York World’s Fair and has continued to live on and captivate people, enthusiasts or not, with its timeless design ever since.
It seems that for this new version they have inspired directly to the original 1964 Ford Mustang. The company has tried to capture the essence and spirit that has characterized the car all these years. Of course they were make some changeswith special design elements that are simultaneously reminiscent of the past version of the car, managing to create the perfect mix of modern and classicso that the Mustang would not lose its iconicity.
The celebration package will only be available for the GT Premium versionhaving an engine very powerful V8 aspirated with a capacity of 5 l. The special edition will be available not only in configuration convertible but also coupe. You can choose between manual transmission or that automatictypical of US cars, so that everyone can have the driving system they prefer available.
The 2024 version of the Mustang is a throwback
On the aesthetic side, the Ford Mustang will have exclusive features that will take you back in time to ’64. On the dashboard there is the beige dedicated to the 60th anniversary and the silhouette of the whole car possesses very similar lines to the original car. After so many years we will have to deal with a vehicle having the same one elegance it’s the same charm which already characterized this fantastic model back then.
On the front side the Mustang features a rebuilt front grille with a mesh design and headlights with smoked housing. THE rims are 20″ in Dark Gravity Gray and have small bright details and aluminum hubcaps that immediately catch the eye thanks to their touch of elegance. On the side there is instead an exclusive graphic in Iconic Silver or Vermillion Red. This is certainly not a car that goes unnoticed.
Inside the Mustang brings back the same characteristics built with an eye to the past and presents the exclusive colours Space Grey, Carmine Red and Black Onyx. The exterior mirror caps in Silver complement the Race Red and Vapor Blue shades or even the bodywork. Wimbledon White. The company announced that they will be produced exclusively only 1965 examples. The 2024 Ford Mustang version will be available to order this summer and will then arrive in US dealerships over the next few months. For now the price is not known of the special edition which will probably be communicated by the company very soon.
