After receiving the SMS, to activate the offer it is possible click on the link in the same message and select “buy online”.
In this case, to continue with the activation, the customer must enter in the appropriate fields both the unique code, always present in the message, and the telephone number on which you received the SMS.
As an alternative to online activation, customers who receive this SMS can still go to a Kena store. Furthermore, after clicking on the link in the message, instead of selecting “buy online” it is also possible choose “we’ll call you back”, enter your contact number and wait to be called back by an operator.
According to some reports, yesterday evening and this morning, some customers who received the SMS were unable to activate the offer onlineand they had to go to the store.
In any case, as indicated in the message above, the offer can only be activated until 30 April 2024, subject to changes. It is not excluded that some customers may receive different deadlines.
