From this page, it will then be possible to open a private chat or make a call or video call, without having to take any further steps and, therefore, considerably simplifying the operation.
Added to this is an element designed specifically to increase user safety, which you can do on this page check the security code of the contact and confirm that the conversation is protected by end-to-end encryption. Furthermore, thanks to this latest WhatsApp update, administrators will be able to decide from this contact page to promote the user to administrator or remove him, without having to go through the group page.
