Third consecutive home victory for Sampdoria, at the end of an agricultural match in a red-hot Ferraris. The Blucerchiati, thanks to the results from other fields, make a good leap in the standings, abandoning the relegation zone. Not an easy match at all, won in a comeback thanks to Barak’s late goal, which arrived at the end of a second half.
In the first half of the game, a sensational mistake at the start paved the way for Reggiana’s lead with Portanova, the prompt equalizer from the young Conti demonstrates that Sampdoria, compared to the past, is focused and seems to have found character and identity. A test of maturity from the team of Foti and Gregucci, masters of the field, enterprising and with the helmet firmly on their heads against one of the most angular opponents in the championship.
Now it’s up to the transfer market, the first shots could be Salvatore Esposito in midfield and Brunori in attack, in the hope that 2026 won’t be as unfortunate as the year just ended.

Sampdoria made an aggressive start, trying to impose their game, but in the 13th minute Venuti’s mistake was unforgivable and gave Reggiana the lead. In the 71st minute Coda enters the area, breaks through the opponent’s wall with arrogance and kicks hard, somehow repels Motta, then Depaoli is unable to find the winning tap-in.
For the final assault inside Çuni and Ricci instead of Pafundi and Conti, Ferraris is bedlam and anything happens. In the 83rd minute Ghidotti first missed the exit and then made up for it by blocking Portanova’s shot from the ground, the Blucerchiati responded shortly after with an insistent action in the area without being able to break through with Depaoli and Çuni, but the resourcefulness was rewarded because in the 87th minute Barak’s shot came from a free kick from the midfield, following a free pass from Çuni, which reversed the result. The Ferraris explodes, then it’s a battle in bedlam, six minutes of added time that become seven, kicks, shoves and brawls, in the end the final whistle arrives which is worth three very important points in the race towards salvation.
