The market continues unabated Lagonegro rebirth for the definition of the 2024/2025 roster. The president’s club Nicholas Charlemagnewith a clever operation in perspective, has officially purchased the central defender from Tinet Prata of Pordenone (Serie A2) Andrea Pegorarothus completing the puzzle in place 3.
The red and white club has decided to focus on the freshness and technical and physical effervescence of the class of 2003 who grew up in Scorzè, in the Venetian hinterland, an athlete who already during his career in the youth teams has demonstrated that he is – from a future perspective – a player with excellent potential.
Andrea began playing volleyball in elementary school in his native Scorzè and then wore the Silvolley Trebaseleghe jersey. From Under 13 to Under 19 his talent was shaped by the expert hands of the instructors of Volley Treviso, where he remained until 2022, the year in which the prestigious call from Tinet Prata di Pordenone arrived for the big leap into the top division. After a first apprenticeship season, with 19 appearances on the scoresheet, seasoned with a hand injury that affected his performance, Pegoraro was confirmed in the 2023/24 championship, a tangible sign of his excellent skills.
The experience at the Renaissance can therefore represent a fundamental step towards his further consecration: “I am very happy to start next season in Lagonegro, my colleagues spoke well of coach Lorizio, of all the technical staff and of the club. I believed in the project from the beginning and I can’t wait to get started, I will do my best to ensure that it is a successful season. Furthermore, I remember the Villa D’Agri arena with a very warm and welcoming audience, I am really excited to be part of this family“.
