The top open wheel category was born precisely to meet the needs of a competition that should have represented the top.
In 1951, the Milanese manufacturer imposed itself again with Juan Manuel Fangio, in the year in which Ferrari scored its first historic victory with Jose Froilan Gonzalez at Silverstone, in the British Grand Prix. The most successful team is Ferrari. This is where single-seaters are built. To get to F1, young drivers have to face F4, F3 and F2. A very long journey that requires multi-million dollar investments.
