And laughing and joking (but above all pedaling) we arrived at edition no. 25 of the Terralba Grand Prix – Municipality of Arenzano Trophy, which will take place on the streets of Arenzano next Thursday 27 June with the organization of GS Terralba and the patronage of the Municipality of Arenzano.
And it will certainly be an edition with a lot of enthusiasm and, as always, with a lot of public invading the streets of the city centre. In the video at the bottom of the article the best moments of last year’s editionwhen on the top step of the podium were: in race 1 (32 participants) Massimo Zunino (with his fourth success) and Simone Magliotto in race 2 (62 participants) who preceded Matteo Calcagno from Arenzano, winner of the edition 2022.
The event, reserved for ACSI, FCI and sports promotion bodies members, will unfold along the usual route starting from the port and a city circuit including Lungomare Uniti, Via Negrotto Cambiaso, Piazza della Vecchia Ferrovia, Via Sauli Pallavicino, Piazza Anselmo, Via Zunino, Via Don Minzoni, Via Chiossone, Piazza Golgi, SS junction. N° 1 Aurelia, Via di Francia and Lungomare Uniti. On the occasion of the sporting event the Municipality has established the following: traffic restrictions for Thursday 27 June 2024:
a) from 7.15pm to 9.15pm on No passing in both directions to vehicles along the following streets: Lungomare Uniti, Via Negrotto Cambiaso, Piazza della Vecchia Ferrovia, Via Sauli Pallavicino, Piazza Anselmo, Via Zunino, Via Don Minzoni, Via Chiossone, Piazza Golgi, SS junction. N° 1 Aurelia, Via di Francia and Lungomare Uniti;
b) the Do not stop from 4.30pm to 9.30pm along Via Sauli Pallavicino and Piazza Calcagno.
The transit of vehicles towards Genoa and Savona will take place along an alternative route located upstream from the city centre.
