“It was a complex day, as always happens in Barcelona when the track conditions change continuously – the words of Carlos Sainz -. We struggled in both sessions with the balance, but it was a general problem because the track was very slippery and it was quite complicated to put together a good lap. Overall I’m quite happy with the car: we’re in a pretty good position on the lap, while there’s still some work to do on the race pace, but we can put together a better package, especially in terms of race projection. on Sunday”.

The day of Charles Leclerc, sixth, was more complex. “It was a difficult day, we struggled a bit to find the right balance of the car and in Free Practice 2 we fitted some updates, but we have a lot to do, given that I still don’t feel fully at ease and I had to do a comparison with the news. I suffered from overheating, but I have clear ideas on how to intervene on the car to take a step forward”.
