Mogliano Veneto Rugby announces the arrival of prop Damiano Borean in the blue and white squad for the 2024/25 season.

Damiano Borean was born in San Vito al Tagliamento on 12 January 1997. He is a 187 cm tall prop. for 110 kg. in weight, who in his career wore the shirt of Rugby San Donà and then for 9 seasons, that of Petrarca Padova, with 117 appearances to his name. In this period he had the opportunity to make his debut in Pro14 with the Benetton Treviso shirt as an Additional Player. He was also part of the Under 20 national team and the A national team. He arrives in Mogliano as an Italian champion, having just won the 2023/24 scudetto with Petrarca, in the final on June 2nd.

Every time we played against him, facing Petrarca, we could see the leadership qualities he possesses very well, with his game and his performances on the pitch.
