Volley Savigliano is pleased to announce the eleventh and final confirmation in view of the 2023/24 sports season. It is that of Kristian Turkaj, who will also be one of the two opposites available to the new coach Bulleri next year.
Born in 2001, Kristian is thus preparing to live his second consecutive year in the blue and white jersey, after the five important years spent with the Alba Volleyball shirt, the Langhe team with which he experienced the entire climb from Serie D to Serie B, conquered in end of the 2021/22 season. Since 2023/24 he has been in Savigliano, where he made his debut in Serie A3 Credem Banca, often proving decisive during the match, thanks above all to his “full arm” left-handed serve.
A first impact with Serie A, also important for growth, as Turkaj himself explains: “Last season was very important for me, I had the opportunity to work with expert teammates from whom I believe I learned a lot on a technical level. Since 2023/24 I have been aware of my means and the value of hard work, which always pays off. As for this year, my personal goal is to train as best as I can every day, improve further and try to put the coach in difficulty in choosing the seven who will take to the field from the start this weekend.”
All of Volley Savigliano, starting from the president Guido Rosso, wishes Kristian to be able to achieve his set goal, both on a personal level and with his team.
