Another Tour de France appetizer. If the Tour of the Dauphiné is being run in the Transalpine region, as usual, practically at the same time, there will also be room for Tour of Switzerland, another stage of approach towards the Grande Boucle. Stars of the caliber of Remco Evenepoel and Primoz Roglic are missing, but there are plenty of climbers at the start.
The most awaited team is obviously UAE Emirates which can field a luxury trio made up of at the start Adam Yates, Joao Almeida and the young Mexican Isaac del Toro. The first two will support Tadej Pogacar in the chase for the Giro-Tour double and will therefore certainly want to test their uphill condition as best they can.
