Benetton Rugby’s contract to remain in the URC expires in 2028. Between now and the next four years, the company wants to continue its development in both technical and managerial terms.

For this reason, a reorganization of the Board of Directors was recently made official, in which for the first time a representative of the FIR will sit. In addition to this news, also the inclusion of manager Massimo Fava, representative of Edizione, the Benetton family holding company, also present in the administrations of the other two Benetton sports subsidiaries Asolo Golf Club and Verdesport.

Regarding financial guarantees for the four-year period, The Tribuna of Treviso also reports that the latest budget exceeded 13 million euros. In detail: 4.8 come from the contribution provided by the Italian Rugby Federation; 2 insured by Luciano Benetton; 4.2 from the sponsors found by Amerino Zatta; 1 from takings and merchandising and 1 from prizes and bonuses.

In this context of extensive collaborations, there is also the technical chain started with Mogliano and Paese, respectively participants in the Serie A Elite and Al championships.
