Interviewed by Sportweb, Milan Skriniar analyzes his first season at PSG. The former Inter defender divides his first year in Paris into two parts. “Until the injury I was one of the hardest-working players in the team. I was supposed to be out for four and a half months, but I came back early. After the injury, obviously, things could have gone better. There is a lot of competition and people are fighting for a place When the coach needed me I was ready for even five, ten minutes… And I’m happy to have played all the games at the end of the season.”
Skriniar comments on the rumors that want him away from PSG: “I didn’t pay attention to it. My wife, my father, my mother, my brother also asked me. I didn’t hear anything like that from the coach or manager at the club, nobody told me that they didn’t count on me, that I should look for a new place. On the contrary. I was calm and I also reassured the family. The injury has slowed me down, but I’m moving forward. I’m fine in Paris, I’ve never regretted taking this step. It is an excellent club in every respect.
