“I congratulate the protagonists of the promotion to the A2 volleyball team. We as the Bank are there and will be alongside the team”. This is what Ferdinando Cavallini, president of Banca Macerata, said to the players and managers visiting the headquarters of the institute, title sponsor of the team, where they were welcomed by the new Board of Directors. “I wish this group – he added – to continue and achieve new successes”. Gianluca Tittarelli, president of Pallavolo Macerata, then spoke. “We are happy – he said – to be able to celebrate similar results with one of our historic partners, who became the team’s title sponsor in the season which always saw us at the top of the championship and then winners of the promotion play-off”. The president then praised the players. “They were the protagonists, a special group who gave us an exciting finale with a growing challenge against Mantua. These guys allowed Macerata to rediscover the A2 and raise the name of the city”. There was a special thank you for the club members. “I thank Italo Vullo – said Tittarelli – for what has been done in building the team and the club which has made the players’ work possible with their daily commitment. If everyone says that things are good in Macerata it is because we have created an ideal environment” . Finally, Tittarelli honored Toni Guardiani, CEO of Banca Macerata, with a game shirt, then two celebratory medals were presented to president Cavallini and Irene Croceri, head of the bank’s marketing office.
