In Senigallia the start of the stage of the parallel pink race, reserved for electric bikes
On the occasion of stage no. 12 Senigallia – Fano of the Giro-E of Italy, collateral event to the “Giro d’Italia” stage cycling race, 2024 edition Piazza Garibaldi will be set up a village open to the public from 9am to 3.30pm consequently the weekly market will be moved from Piazza Garibaldi to the Portici Ercolani.
The departure of the caravan is scheduled for 12.45pm from Piazza Garibaldi and will follow the route indicated in the attached poster and reported below: Piazza Garibaldi, Via Cavallotti, Via Arsilli, Piazza del Duca, Via Chiostergi, Via Leopardi, Largo Puccini, Corso Matteotti, Piazzale della Vittoria, Via Rovereto, Viale dei Pini, Provincial road n.2 – Sant’Angelo.
Below are the changes to the road system provided for by ordinance no. 221 of 11/05/2024;
From 08.00 on 15/05/2024 to 20.00 on 16/05/2024:
– TO INSTITUTE a permanent parking ban, with forced removal of defective vehicles, in the entire parking area located within the walls, behind the municipal stadium “G. Bianchelli”, with access from via dello Stadio, reserving the surface for fitters and vehicles serving the Giro-E sporting event;
– TO INSTITUTE a permanent parking ban, with forced removal of defective vehicles, on the entire stretch of Piazza Garibaldi, reserving the surface for the construction of structures serving the Giro-E sporting event;
From 06.00 to 17.00 on 16/05/2024:
– TO INSTITUTE a parking ban, with forced removal of defective vehicles, in via Cavallotti, on both sides, from piazza Garibaldi/via Maierini to via Arsilli, reserving the areas for cars at the start of the race and at the end of the race;
From 07.00 to 15.00 on 16/05/2024 and in any case until the needs cease:
– TO INSTITUTE a parking ban, with forced removal of defective vehicles, in via Arsilli, from via Cavallotti to via Testaferrata, north side, and from via Testaferrata to piazza del Duca, both sides;
– TO INSTITUTE a parking ban, with forced removal of defective vehicles, in via Chiostergi, from piazza del Duca to viale Leopardi, on both sides;
– TO INSTITUTE a parking ban, with forced removal of defective vehicles, in Viale Leopardi, from Via Chiostergi to Largo Puccini, south side;
– TO INSTITUTE a parking ban, with forced removal of defective vehicles, in Largo Puccini, parking stalls on the south side of the fountain;
From 08.00 to 12.00 and in any case until the transit of the Giro-E:
– TO INSTITUTE one-way traffic, with the permitted direction of travel, south-north, in Corso Matteotti, from Viale IV Novembre to Viale A. Garibaldi, reserving the north-south lane for the parking of cars following the participating teams , who will rejoin the competitors when they pass along the same course.
THE TEMPORARY SUSPENSION of traffic on Thursday 16/05/2024 on the roads of the route of stage no. 12 Senigallia-Fano del Giro-E under the jurisdiction of this Municipality and precisely: Piazza Garibaldi; via Cavallotti, from piazza Garibaldi to via Arsilli; via Arsilli (which will be traveled by participants in the opposite direction to the permitted direction of travel), from via Cavallotti to piazza Del Duca; piazza del Duca, from via Arsilli to via Chiostergi; via Chiostergi, from piazza del Duca to viale Leopardi; viale Leopardi, from via Chiostergi to largo Puccini; largo Puccini; Corso Matteotti; Piazzale Della Vittoria; via Rovereto, from piazzale della Vittoria/viale Dei Gerani to viale dei Pini; Avenue of the Pines; Provincial road S. Angelo (inhabited center of Senigallia), starting from 12.00 until the end of the cycling event.
