Shappens in Canton of Ticinomore precisely in Mezzovico-Vira in the Lugano area, along a road patrolled by the radar service which detects speed violations a 34 year old motorcyclist from Milan was caught at a speed of 104 km/h when the limit was only 50 km/h. An act that is really little tolerated by the laws of Swiss territory which transforms this action into a series of severe and unappealable effects. The young man is now formally labeled as hit-and-run driver and will no longer be able to cross the Swiss border driving any means of transport and, naturally, will be forced to pay a fine heavy fine. Added to all this is the seizure of the motorcycle although we do not know if this has already happened or will happen if the young man were to return to Switzerland on board the ship. Definitely, in Switzerland you don’t joke!
