Inter, stadium in Rozzano: exclusivity on the grounds renewed until January

While waiting for Webuild to present the project for the renovation of San Siro to Inter and Milan, the Viale della Liberazione club continues on its path and continues to work on the construction of its new home in Rozzano. The confirmation arrived today, the day the previous agreement expired, with the extension of the exclusivity period on the area owned by Infrafin in Rozzano until 31 January 2025. The confirmation came through the press release issued by Brioschi and Bastogi: “Following what was communicated on 28 July 2023, Bastogi SpA (“Bastogi”) and Brioschi Sviluppo Immobiliare SpA (“Brioschi”) communicate that today Infrafin srl ( company entirely owned by Camabo srl, whose capital is held by Bastogi for 51% and by Brioschi for the remaining 49%) has granted FC Internazionale Milano SpA a new exclusive right until 31 January 2025, aimed at verifying the possibility to create a stadium with ancillary functions within the area owned by Infrafin in the Municipality of Rozzano”. Inter, which has already invested a lot of money in the project for the new stadium in Rozzano and is making use of important consultants, is therefore moving forward and intends to verify the critical issues present, above all those relating to traffic and roads.
