The Jerez de la Frontera GP in MotoGP offered a truly extraordinary spectacle. The Spanish race, characterized by an iconic circuit and framed by a show on the track that was nothing short of marvelous, saw Francesco Bagnaia conclude as an enlightened winner at the finish line.

Not only because he started from seventh position, not only because he hadn’t won since the Qatar GP and not even simply because of Jorge Martin’s sensational crash.
The show was first and foremost about nerves (keeping Marc Marquez at bay in a sprint for victory is not for the faint of heart) and only then about speed and heart.
It’s all there in Bagnaia’s return to victory, who also competed in a double melee (Marquez attempted two overtakings in the final) with his Ducati rival, proving himself superior even in the roughest and rudest way possible and less smooth in terms of motorcycling. . What more could you want than a victory like this?
A triumph that also thrilled Valentino Rossiwho commented on it this way: “After today I will be indebted to you for life, I don’t know if I’ll be able to do something as beautiful as you did today.”.
