The GP Liberazione 2024 takes place today, Thursday 25 April. This is the traditional cycling race that takes place in Rome on Liberation Day. We will compete in a circuit created around the Baths of Caracalla, each lap is six kilometers long. The start and finish area is located right in Viale delle Terme di Caracalla, then the runners face the streets that run alongside Porta Ardeatina, the Roman Walls, the Piramide Cestia and Porta San Paolo.
The difference in altitude never gives the participants any respite, with continuous ups and downs. The Under 23s will compete on a total distance of 138 km (23 laps), while the women will compete on a total of 96 kilometers (16 laps).
