The Rugby Novi structure was destroyed by strong winds on Easter night
The Rugby Novi Club House has been restored at the “Sergio Comollo” field in the G3 district of Novi.
The tent, used as a meeting place and “dining room” for the athletes’ third half, had been damaged by the strong wind on Easter night. Despite the extensive damage to the structure, the green and white company rolled up its sleeves and rebuilt the structure.
“In life and in rugby you often fall and have to get up as soon as possible. – we read on the company’s Facebook page – In the life of often getting up alone, in rugby you will never get up alone. We were a team on the field 40 years ago and we are still a team now. Our clubhouse was restored in record time.”
However, there are still many structural projects that need to be implemented.
“This summer we will build a patio between the bar and the new tent, we will finally install a real and dignified bathroom next to the gym, and we will build a wooden fence in front of the stands in place of the anti-hooligans net that we don’t need”. – explained President Michael Pierse to Panorama di Novi in the article by Maurizio Iappini.
The company has in fact launched a Crowd-funding, i.e. the old and dear collection, to reach an investment of 10,000 euros. Donations can be made in three ways: bank transfer made out to Rugby Novi with reason ‘Nr. X tiles for the PalaOrsetti ‘on the Rugby Novi account at the Banca Passadore with the IBAN IT31J0333248420000001513224; with credit card or debit card on the company’s POS on the occasion of the next meetings at the camp; in cash only and exclusively to the President who will issue a receipt.
