He would have raped, filming the attack with his cell phone, one of his peers outside the nightclub where the two had met the same evening. This is the accusation that led to the arrest of a nineteen-year-old Italian with a clean criminal record for sexual assault and very serious injuries, identified by investigators from the police station in Pontedera (Pisa), the city where the violence allegedly occurred at the beginning of June.

The investigations began after the young victim went to hospital where she was hospitalized: for the injuries she suffered, she reported a prognosis of between 20 and 40 days. According to what the police explained, the victim tried to push the young man away but the boy continued with the violence. According to what emerged, the two had met in a nightclub and then left outside the club where the rape allegedly took place. The police got to the attacker thanks to the nickname used on Instagram and the description of him, both provided by the 19-year-old. After a few days of investigations, the alleged perpetrator of the sexual violence was tracked down and arrested in execution of a precautionary custody order in prison issued by the Pisa investigating judge at the request of the prosecutor’s office.
