On 25 SEPTEMBER THE NEW APPOINTMENT with “aTUTTOCUOREplus ultra” at the ARENA OF VERONA is added to 19-20-21-22 and 26-27-28 September after the extraordinary success of the 41 events which captured the hearts of over 500 thousand people and marked the farewell of CLAUDIO BAGLIONI from the large outdoor and indoor arenas.

“aTUTTOCUOREplus ultra” – final chapter, in a special edition, of the most visionary and spectacular show-opera in the history of Italian popular music – is enriched, given the exceptional response from the public, with a new, eighth, event date in the amphitheater Scaliger.

These unmissable events represent Claudio Baglioni’s farewell from the Arena of Verona and celebrate the anniversary of their meeting. A union, born fifty years ago, which is rooted in the history of a city – symbol of romantic love of all times – and which welcomes the exceptional outdoor event of the artist who, with his performances, has enchanted many Veronese nights.

Tickets for the new event date at the Arena di Verona on 25 September will be available from Monday 24 June exclusively in advance for Clab members from 10.00am. Also on Monday, from 1.00 pm, they will be available on TicketOne.it and in the usual points of sale and pre-sales (for info www.friendsandpartners.it).

For this extraordinary “plus ultra” – second chapter of the 1000 days of the “lap of honour” which will accompany Baglioni’s farewell from the live scene – “aTUTTOCUORE” will live in a special edition even more astonishing, fabulous, even beyond: an further undertaking to approach the maximum limit of art and perfection and the extreme limit of the very concept of Opera.

The tour – after the outdoor debut at the Foro Italico Stadium in ROME – touched the Verona Arena, the Paolo Borsellino Velodrome in Palermo, the Arena della Vittoria in Bari. The indoor route – which began at the Vitrifrigo Arena in PESARO – was continued with 5 dates at the Forum in MILAN, 3 dates at the InAlpi Arena in TURIN, 2 dates at the Arena Spettacoli Fiera in PADUA, 2 dates at the Unipol Arena in BOLOGNA, 3 dates at the Nelson Mandela Forum in FLORENCE, 3 dates at the Pala Sele di EBOLI, 1 date at the Modigliani Forum in LIVORNO to end with 6 consecutive lives at the Palazzo dello Sport in ROME.

In “aTUTTOCUOREplus ultra” energy and passion come together to create the perfect harmony between music, singing, dance, space, sound, performance, costumes, stage movements, plays of light and three-dimensional images.

The HEART – the first instrument of every human being, an essential percussion for the very life of each of us – is at the center of this representation, signed – for the artistic direction and theatrical direction – by GIULIANO PEPARINI (OFFICIEL)

By rereading and fusing together Richard Wagner’s intuition of the total theater with that – developed by Walter Gropius – of the theater created by remodulating already existing spaces and architectures, “aTUTTOCUOREplus ultra” gives life to a show set in a timeless future, with quotes that start from the dawn of time and move up to futuristic eras. The vital, pulsating and unstoppable heart of the protagonists of these dizzying ascents and descents along the imaginary scale of time, beats to give a heart back to this present that seems to have lost it, and to remember that the only real time and that it is truly worth to live is what has the speed, cadence and rhythm of our heartbeat: the metronome with which to beat time in time to the music, the only clock with the exact time, the only one to listen to.

Everything, on stage and around the stage, is a search for beauty. Beauty that sows beauty. The music, first of all, thanks to a breathtaking setlist that brings together 38 extraordinary timeless hits from a repertoire that has no equal by the artist who has indelibly marked the history of our country’s music, full of manifesto songs that have become part of of Italian language and culture and which continue to give fascinations, emotions and new energy to three generations. But beauty is also the choreography, the 550 original costumes, designed and created specifically for these live shows, the stage movements, the statuesque physicality of the dancers, the energy and vitality of the performers, the projections and the spaces and cuts of light created by the 450 lighting fixtures programmed by the light designer Ivan Pierri.

On the immense 3D scenic space, in which all dimensions – horizontality, verticality, depth – are explored and exalted, the narrative merges the languages of cinema and theatre. Stories in images, developed – for the first time in a live performance by Baglioni – on large screens and atmospheres, costumes and tribal tattoos that recall films such as “Mad Max” or “Code Genesis” mix, in fact, with the role and interventions of a choir inspired by Greek tragedy and impressive stage movements that recall the theatrical staging of opera performances. In fact, there were as many as a hundred artists on stage: 21 multi-instrumentalists and 80 performers.

Although with dimensions and numbers of large indoor and outdoor arenas, “aTUTTOCUORE” – which ideally closes the trilogy opened by Al Centro and continued with 12noteTutti su! – maintains the closeness, intimacy and pathos of those theatrical performances in which everything, down to the smallest detail – movements, gestures, looks, expressions and even the sweat of performing – is visible to the naked eye, to allow artists and audiences to meet and live heart-to-heart a show created, interpreted and offered with all my heart, all my strength, all my joy, all my energy.
