the pop icon in concert on the Walls

Suoni di Marca is preparing to make the Walls of Treviso dance with one of the singers most loved by old and new generations of listeners: Donatella Rettore. The summer tour of the Venetian artist, “Brilla” will stop in the city on Tuesday 23 July for an unmissable date with free admission (with responsible offer).

Lamette, Splendido Shining and Kobra are just some of the hits that transformed Rettore into a true Italian pop icon. She is originally from Castelfranco Veneto, active since the early Seventies and among the leading names in Italian music in the Eighties. Rettore has always stood out on the national scene for her transgressive and at the same time glam attitude, making social criticism and transgression, also treated with the right irony, recurring themes in her lyrics. A style always rich in multiple nuances, from disco funk to rock, from pop to ska and it is also thanks to this continuous stylistic openness that Rettore’s musical career has not yet given up. The recent collaborations with new generation artists such as La Sad and Ditonellapiaga are an example of this. The great past that enhances and is rediscovered through the present.
