Holden has announced his new EP, Joseph, which will be published by La Tarma, a label founded by Marco Mengoni’s manager, Francesca Michielin and Angelina Mango, among others.

There are just a few days left until the final of Amici e Holden is undoubtedly one of the strong candidates for final victory. The singer-songwriter had an important path within the Maria De Filippi school, with various highs, some protests and a series of singles that achieved excellent numerical success, with Nuvola and Dimmi che non è un addio which reached 12 millions of listens on Spotify alone. Those unreleased singles were also joined by Solo Tonight and the latest Randagi which built the path of the talent, but also of the first post-Amici del cantautore album, the follow-up to that 2021 Prologue.
Holden, in fact, announced the release of his first EP entitled Joseph, which is also the name of the singer-songwriter – son of Paolo Carta, husband of Laura Pausini – which will be released on May 24th and will be published by LaTarma Records, distributed by ADA/Warner Music. For those who know all things music, they know well that La Tarma is the label founded by Marta Donà, manager of artists such as Marco Mengoni, Francesca Michielin, Alessandro Cattelan and Angelina Mango, thus continuing a sort of agreement with Amici who led to signing one of the strongest artists of this season, in whom the manager saw an important future potential.
As often happens, the Amici artists release an EP immediately after the final which contains the unreleased songs presented in the program and Holden can already boast two gold-certified titles, namely Dimmi che non è un addio – which in less than 24 hours from its publication has totaled over 162 thousand streams, thus becoming the song with the best debut in history of the program – and Nuvola, written with Angelina Mango and co-produced by Zef. In addition to the singles, there will also be the unreleased “Non massimo noi due” feat Gaia and Ossidiana. This EP is an almost obligatory step for the release of the first album which usually arrives in autumn, even if Angelina Mango broke this habit, waiting a year, winning Sanremo and participating in Eurovision.
