“It doesn’t pass anymore 2.0”, the new single and video clip of “I Malati Imaginari”

VAST. It comes out on Friday 12 April on the radio and in all digital stores ‘It no longer passes 2.0’the new single from The Imaginary Sick Peoplewhich anticipates the release of the new ep “Hemostatic” scheduled for Friday 19 April and accompanied by a promotional video clip.

The song is version 2.0 of the band’s very first single, “restored” for the occasion by the producer Alessandro Fortealready Platinum with Aiello. As with the other tracks of “Hemostatic”, the sound is once again minimal, very synthetic and danceable and represents the only sunny opening of a very dark and claustrophobic work.

“We decided to give a new look to our favorite song, with which we close all our live shows and which took us to the Ariston stage in the final of Sanremo Rock declares the band We renewed the sound by placing it directly in a club context. We completely revolutionized the mood of the song, we really like the contrast between a desperate and dead-end text with a sunny and danceable sound, so that what was supposed to be an experiment has once again become our flagship song”.

THE VIDEO CLIP – “Non Passa Più 2.0” was shot by the videomaker, stylist and make up artist Gaia Colonna, always alongside the Abruzzo duo from their first steps. A video clip different from the usual iMi productions, which this time have abandoned dark colours, slums and underground labyrinths to dye their world with blue and green, nature, sun and sea. “We wanted to play with ourselves, putting aside our gothic fundamentalism”, explain I Malati Imaginari, namely Dario Parascandolo (guitar, synth, vocals) and Laura Trivilini (drums and percussion). “In Non Passa Più 2.0 we wanted to make fun of ourselves, creating an aesthetic short circuit and lowering our own dark universe on a warm spring afternoon, playing toy instruments and ‘causing damage’ in the shops and businesses of our friends from Vasto, with our very faithful Gaia Colonna who lent herself to our delirium”, concludes the duo.
