Radio Liscio it’s not just a radio initiative: it’s a real one editorial project which places the production of dance music orchestras at the centre, offering unique and engaging content on various distribution platforms, including DAB+, apps and the web.
Radio Liscio was born from the work of a group of experts in the radio and dance music sector, eager to create a space dedicated to a musical genre that has deep roots in Italian culture. A segment that has accompanied generations of Italians in their parties and dances, becoming an integral part of the social and cultural fabric of our country.
Radio Liscio it doesn’t stop at simple musical transmission. The project aims to offer its listeners a complete experienceenriching the programming with original editorial content, through exclusive interviews with artists in the sector, insights into the history and evolution of dance music, stories from protagonists, live events and much more.
Radio Liscio offers a live schedule, from 6 in the morning throughout the day, with a leading cast: from Ettore Andennawhich returns to radio after debuting on Radio Monte Carlo in 1967, a Clara Taormina, known by viewers in northern Italy for its numerous television programs; from Alessio Molla to Wilmer Modat; Dario Maria Dossena will be the official voice, while the artistic-musical direction is entrusted to Eugenio Zanniknown to the general dance public as Genius of the Pierrots.

Every morning the hostess is Clara Taormina for a good morning live with friends. Songs, news, curiosities and… a coffee with the artists. Clara’s grace, class and friendliness help you start the day with rhythm and joy, listening to yesterday’s and today’s successes from the greatest dance music orchestras.
From 11am to 1pm: Songs without borders with Ettore Andenna
In this space our music does not admit borders and allows us to range from the great classics of all time to the best of Italian music, with an incursion into the 60s-70s-80s. The broadcast marks the return to the radio of the legendary Ettore Andenna who for this project will bring his unmistakable voice, rhythm and timing that have always distinguished him. Two hours live, every day, in contact with radio listeners who have the opportunity to dialogue, participate and… play (and this was to be expected from him)!
At 15: Romagna calls Italy with Genius of the Pierrots
Live from Rimini, Genio and his guests bring Romagna throughout Italy. The Artistic Director of Radio Liscio Eugenio Zanni (Genius of the Pierrots) shouting “Let’s baracca” is a volcano of ideas: characters, memories and new records. And every day a connection with the places where everything started to celebrate the 70 years of Romagna Mia.
At 4pm: Aiaiai – Nothing Artificial with Wilmer Modat
A daily column of live music accompanied by the voice and guitar of Wilmer Modat. In each episode the eclectic artist finds himself dealing with the cold and at times irreverent virtual assistant. A dialogue on music and its performers in which artificial intelligence responds. Curious ideas arise from this, leading to the rediscovery of the most beautiful songs of all time, performed acoustically and strictly live. No algorithms, but just improvisation, sympathy and creativity.
