While Marvel Studios is working on a new version of Invisible Woman who will debut in the MCU officially with Vanessa Kirby in Fantastic 4, Jessica Alba in a recent interview with ComicBook he recalled his performance from about twenty years ago. The Fantastic Four reached the screen in an early boom period for comics, which is why audiences have not yet forgotten that film or its performers. And not even Jessica Alba, after all, has set aside her Storm of hers.
I have nothing but fond memories. I loved playing that character so much. I feel like my whole life began in many ways at that moment. I met my life partner, we are still together and have three children. Tim Story, who directed the film, is one of my dearest friends to this day. We spent New Year’s Eve together. He was amazing, he was such a likable character, inspiring, ahead of his time, I would say. She was so thoughtful and feminine, but I would also say terribly tough. I haven’t seen that combination again and so I think it still fills this beautiful space or void in the Marvel Universe.
