Zack Snyder looks to the future of Rebel Moon: the Kora saga has remained in the drawer for years and after the trust of Netflix the director has built the galactic universe he has always dreamed of.

Following the events of the first film, in fact, the rebels have to defend the rural community on the planet Veldt from the imperial forces and the scenes required lots and lots of grain: “It was the biggest set I’ve ever worked on because we planted acres and acres and acres of wheat – Snyder explained ComicBook.com – all that grain is real, mostly. It was a huge opportunity because we were able to make those big, gigantic collection shots completely real and it was really fun“. The peasant atmosphere certainly won’t be missing! Zack Snyder’s ambition could also expand in the Snyder Cut of Rebel Moon 1&2 which promises almost 6 hours of film!
But the soldiers led by Kora (Sofia Boutella) will have very little time to enjoy the serenity of life in the camps: in Rebel Moon: the scarred girl, the revolutionaries will find themselves fight Admiral Atticus Noble again (Ed Skrein) in an attempt to defend the brave people of the Veldt. The cast will return Michiel Huisman (Game of Thrones), Djimon Hounsou (Aquaman), Doona Bae (Cloud Atlas) and Anthony Hopkins who will lend the voice of the robot Jimmy.
