Rebel Moon is back on Netflix with the Part 2: The Scarmaker after introducing his sci-fi world with the Part 1: Daughter of Fire. The protagonist of the story is Kora, a woman with a mysterious past forced to get back into the game and focus on her training as a soldier to put an end to the dictatorship of the Mother World. He is in charge of directing Zack Snydera director who in recent years has also left his mark on the DC universe by accompanying Henry Cavill as The man of Steel on the big screen. On Netflix, however, Snyder has proposed a new universe at war currently composed of a single film divided into two parts. But make a third film it’s possible?

Zack Snyder is fond of the universe built with Rebel Moon and naturally would like to continue exploring it at Netflix with further films, which is why he does not rule out the creation of a third chapter. To date, Netflix has not yet confirmed what its plans are for the Rebel Moon universe. Zack Snyder, for his part, revealed that he would like to share some extended versions of the two chapters proposed so far and which could debut by the end of the summer. TO Collider confirmed that they should be distributed in August. Meanwhile, the public is waiting for Rebel Moon – Part 2: The Scar, arriving on Netflix on April 19, 2024 with the second part of Kora’s adventure against the Mother World.
