After a year without any referee in the CAN C staff, the Stabia section returns to be represented by Antonio Liotta
The new 2024/2025 sports season officially begins today, July 1st.
A few minutes ago, the meeting of the National Committee to decide on the staff of referees, assistants and observers for the next 2024/2025 sports season ended in Rome at the headquarters of the Italian Referees Association.
All the heads of the football and futsal commissions were present to present the reports on the work carried out in the recently concluded 2023/2024 sports season and the final results.
The names of the promoted referees and assistants
The Stabia section will be represented in the role of referee by Antonio LIOTTA in CAN C.
Confirmed in CAN roles Rodolfo DiVuolo with the VMO assistant function (video assistant referee).
Promoted by the regional committee to CAN D – in the role of referee Christian MESSINA and in the role of assistant referee Alfonso ROCCO.
As regards the five-a-side football teams, historic promotion for the duo Raffaele BUONOCORE e Rosary Angel FAIELLA who pass as referees in the CAN 5 ELITE commission, finally, from the region they pass to CAN 5 as referee Joseph CORRADO.
The names of the dismissed referees and assistants
Raffaele GALLO and Nicola VALCACCIA have been dismissed from CAN D as referee and Francesco LONGOBARDI as assistant referee. The entire national board of directors and all the members of the Stabia section would like to thank them for their assiduous commitment over the years in the national technical body.
