PERUGIA – This time the offer is even more tempting. Eight million euros plus a bonus in the event of promotion to Serie B by 2026.

After Santopadre’s refusal to offer 2.2 million euros, plus bonuses, the one to relaunch was TimeNova Holding, a company based in Luxembourg.

The proposal takes into account – explains a note released by the lawyer Antonio Di Tommaso on behalf of the holding – the approval of the court which reduced the debts of the Umbrian company by a good 4 million (now they are just under two million euros to be paid, in annual installments, over ten years).

Di Tommaso also announces the formation of a new board of directors (composed of three people) and the profile of the DG, the DS, the general secretary and the team manager.

Since the coach was not mentioned, it is believed that Alessandro Vittorio Formisano will be confirmed while the sports director Jacopo Giugliarelli and the team manager Rossi will not be confirmed.

The incoming owners, assuming Santopadre agrees to sell the share package, say they are willing and operationally ready to design the new Curi stadium “with direct investments and with international financial and entrepreneurial partners”.

The word now goes to Massimiliano Santopadre. Will he be tempted by the offer, which seems like one of those that cannot be refused, or will he continue on his path, managing Perugia, despite having the vast majority of fans and the fans against him?
