Bisuschio – Sponsored Event
Now in its sixth edition, the festival will liven up the splendid green setting of the Bisuschio festival area from Friday 12 to Sunday 14 July 2024
And weekend of good Emilian cuisine in the name of solidarity. This is the program of the festival of the fried dumpling (of the (it is mandatory in the original dialect) from Friday 12th to Sunday 14th July will animate the splendid green frame of the Bisuschio party areain via Bonvicini.
Kitchens always open from 6.30pm to 10pm (and beyond) and Sunday also for lunch from 12.
Many quality products at popular prices and in generous portions: from maxi-hamburger to the most traditional salamellaobviously passing through the unmissable fried dumplings from Modena accompanied by affected first choice, warm tomini and squacquerone. Finally, in addition to tasty first courses that open the dance of flavours, there will be the Ice cream with fresh blueberries from Bisuschio and the sweet version of fried dumplings served with ice cream, cream and Nutella or preserves.
The young cadets of the Civil Protection will ensure the table servicethus avoiding waiting and crowding in front of the food counter.
All the evenings will be accompanied by highly appreciated groups who will alternate with each other on the stage with an excellent live accompanying music.
The demonstration, now in its sixth editionis organized by the Mobile emergency response unit (the Civil Protection Volunteer Corps active for 30 years in Varese and in the Municipalities of Bisuschio, Porto Ceresio and Besano) with the support of the local Alpine Group and is aimed at raising funds for projects of training and initiation of youth to volunteering in Civil Protection, as well as for the strengthening of intervention equipment in the event of a catastrophe or humanitarian emergency.
