Cgil referendum on work, Tuesday 2 July will be the Firma Day, a day of extraordinary mobilization throughout Tuscany to collect signatures. There will be stalls to sign in many places in the region, squares, markets, hospitals, factories, workplaces (you can also sign online at the link www.cgil.it/referendum). In Tuscany, about 70 thousand signatures have been collected so far, you can sign until 25 July the questions that ask for more protected and dignified work (cancelling the rules of the Jobs Act on failure to reinstate and caps on compensation in the presence of illegitimate dismissals), more stable (cancelling the liberalization of fixed-term contracts), more secure (cancelling the rule that excludes the joint liability of the contracting companies in the contract and subcontract, in the event of injury and occupational disease of the worker)

THE 4 QUESTIONS IN DETAIL
