THE ACCIDENT PHENOMENON BY AGE GROUP

THE CONSTRUCTION SECTOR IS THE MOST AFFECTED

It’s still the Construction sector to highlight the highest number of deaths at work: I am 57. Followed by Manufacturing Activities (37), Transport and Warehousing (25) and Trade (18). The age group numerically most affected by fatal accidents at work is that between 55 and 64 years old (99 out of 286 total).

The data who lost their lives are 21while 8 lost their lives en route, that is, on the way from home to work. Foreigners 62while 17 died due to an accident while traveling.

Il Tuesday turns out to be the most mournful day of the week, i.e. the one in which the most fatal accidents occurred in the first five months of the year (23.1%).
