There is a serious water crisis in the city of Ragusa.
The most affected areas are those of c.da Selvaggio, via Paestum, via Perlasca, in short, the most inhabited and populous.
For several days now, water has not reached the apartments, and so citizens have been forced to either provide for themselves, with mineral water or with private services, or to call the municipal tanker services over and over again, which, however, has not prevented the inhabitants of several apartment buildings from spending a weekend without water.
What can be done, apart from the rain dance, which doesn’t seem like a great solution?
Iblea Acque has activated additional telephone numbers to request tankers and report disruptions, active from 8.30am to 5.30pm every day. Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 2pm.
The first number is 3426453761; the second number is active with the temporary number 3455666371 from Monday 1st to Wednesday 3rd, and will then be replaced with the definitive 3804779151.
This is the communication from the Municipality of Ragusa, even if, to tell the truth, the ironies, on social media, regarding the timeliness of the service, are wasted.
We’ll see what happens, but what’s certain is that it promises to be a very, very difficult summer.
