Summer begins, the beautiful season fills the structures on the coast and Teramo prepares its beauties for tourists eager to discover it and perhaps even invest in the area by buying a house. And Teramo obviously prepares them by burying the Roman excavations already discovered and keeping all the Roman excavations closed and without having created a real cultural route available to tourists to get to know the city.
Attached is a photo showing core sampling and geological investigations being carried out to parachute yet another steel flying saucer onto excavations that had already been completed in the 1990s.
And in all this, for the tourist coming from the Corso Vecchio, there is still a car wash in the middle of a tourist route that leads both to the Madonna delle Grazie and to the Roman excavations themselves,
Teramo squandered the PNNR funds on pharaonic projects that the war made impossible to finish when, with a few precautions and maintenance, it had everything ready to welcome tourists and should have concentrated all the funds in a new museum building that would act not only as a new symbol and image in the world as a collector and collection point to transform Teramo itself into a museum spread throughout the city so as to enhance the Roman, medieval, Renaissance and above all nineteenth-century works that the city offers.
