Fights and damage in the last ones in the center of Pomezia: snap the Daspo Urbano for 11 violent young people. The Carabinieri of the Operational and Radiomobile Unit of the Pomezia Company notified the measures – issued by the Police Commissioner of Rome. For a period ranging from 1 to 3 years, the 11 young people reached by Daspo Urbano – most of whom are minors, of Italian and foreign nationality – will not be able to frequent the perimeter of the city centre.
“In particular – we read in the note – the Carabinieri, following various investigative activities carried out in recent months, which made it possible to collect circumstantial elements against the young people, all of whom were found to be involved, in various capacities, in several episodes of brawls and damage committed in the municipality of Pomezia, requested and obtained the prevention measure, by virtue of which the recipients were banned from frequenting the perimeter of the city center for a period ranging from 1 to 3 years, with the aim to safeguard public order and safety.
Among other things, last March, still within the same controls against bad movement, – we read again – the Carabinieri of the Operational and Radiomobile Unit of Pomezia had also proposed and obtained the temporary closure of a private club and of a refreshment point pursuant to a provision issued by the Police Commissioner pursuant to art. 100 TULPS against the two public establishments considered to be a meeting place for violent young people.
The city center area, therefore, will continue to be subject to intense checks by the Carabinieri patrols to verify compliance with the measures and thus safeguard the safety of citizens, disturbed by the events in which the boys were protagonists”.
