Over one hundred members to support the 2024 initiatives
More than one hundred volunteers responded to the appeal of the Technical Committee of “Potenza Italian Youth City” to collaborate in the organization of events in Potenza during 2024.
Extraordinary interest greeted the “call” promoted by the Technical Committee of “Potenza Città italiana dei Giovani” and the Extra-Pupils Association of the University of Basilicata. Over one hundred people responded to the appeal, launched to involve young people aged 14 and over in the implementation of projects during the year in which Potenza holds the title won in Naples last March.
The volunteers, who offer their availability free of charge, will support the Technical Committee in organizing the activities, collaborating with various social, entrepreneurial and cultural entities that will participate in the scheduled events.
The first meeting with the volunteers will be held on Thursday 27 June at 5.30 pm at the Galleria Civica of Potenza, which has become the headquarters of the “City of young people”. On this occasion, the role of volunteers in the program of events will be illustrated.
