In Monza twenty new officers at the police station

This morning, in the offices in via Montevecchia, the Police Commissioner of the Province of Monza and Brianza gave a warm welcome to twenty new agents of the State Police. These young police officers, belonging to the Officers and Assistants role, represent an important addition to the Police Headquarters staff and are ready to contribute to the safety and well-being of the local community.

The new agents, with an average age of 24, have just completed their training course at the State Police Officer Student Schools of Alessandria, Campobasso, Pescara, Peschiera, Piacenza, Trieste, Vibo Valentia and Nettuno. After swearing allegiance to the Republic on June 19, these young professionals are ready to put into practice the skills they have acquired.

Previous experiences and new challenges

Many of the new police are from previous experience in the armed forcesdemonstrating a clear vocation for public service. They have chosen to join the State Police to continue to protect and serve citizens, ensuring the prevention and repression of crimes, and ensuring respect for fundamental rights that are the pillars of democracy.

Immediately, the new agents will be distributed among the various branches of the Police Headquarters for strengthen various operational areas. Eleven of them will be assigned to the Cabinet Office to improve general prevention and public order management services. Three agents will go to the Anti-Crime Division to support prevention measures, another three to the Administrative and Social Police Division to strengthen the Passport Office, and finally, three agents will be assigned to the Immigration Office and the front-office offices to assist the user.
